Toshiba Progressive-Scan DVD Player w/80-Hour TiVo: $319.98 A/R

Buy.com is offering the Toshiba SD-H400 Progressive Scan DVD Player with TiVo Series 2 DVR for $319.98 after a mail-in rebate. The device plays DVD, DVD-R, CD, CD-R/W, and MP3 encoded discs, and also records up to 80 hours of TV programs onto the built-in hard drive. Limited TiVo features are available right out of the box, but for full functionality TiVo service activation costs either $12.95/month or $299 for a product lifetime subscription. Rebate expires 5/31/04.
